Who We Are

We are a local NZ based, independent travel insurance brokerage, working with New Zealanders heading overseas and with visitors arriving here.

We love what we do and being independent means we're not tied to one insurer, so we can look across a range of providers to find options that suit your trip and budget.

We've been doing this since the early 2000s, and in that time we've had a front row seat to just about every kind of travel plan you can imagine. Some are straightforward, others take a bit more digging and a few phone calls to get right, and that's the part we genuinely enjoy. Helping you find cover that fits so you can get back to planning the fun stuff.

If your situation is straightforward, getting a quote online is fast and easy. If it isn't, you'll get a real person on the phone who knows the products and can talk you through it properly.

No Service Fees

We don't charge service fees. Our remuneration comes directly from insurers, and that's fully disclosed in our Disclosure Statement.

Registered, Independent and Transparent

Travel Insurance Brokers Limited is a registered Financial Service Provider on the Financial Service Providers Register (FSPR). We are not a Financial Advice Provider. Our role is to provide general information about insurance options and act as an independent intermediary between you and insurers, with the choice of cover always resting with you.

We're a member of Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), an independent dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. If a complaint can't be resolved directly with us, FSCL provides a free and independent process.
